SMS Messaging

When using our SMS service to send messages, you are responsible for obtaining proper consent from recipients before messaging them. Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. Message & data rates may apply. You agree to comply with all applicable messaging laws and carrier requirements.

Accounts & Payment

You are responsible for your account and for keeping credentials secure. Paid services are billed as described at sign-up. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Disclaimers & Liability

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Human Intelligence Studio Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the services.

Changes
